Why this sequence?
Planning Process Group
WBS FirstDecompose scope into deliverables before defining tasks. Ensures 100% scope coverage and no missed work.
Then DefineEach work package becomes activities. Set predecessor logic (FS, SS, FF, SF), dependency types, and durations in one step.
Then EstimateUse standard day-based estimates or PERT three-point estimation (O+4M+P)/6 — toggled per task or globally.
Then ScheduleModule 2 imports this data to build the Gantt chart, critical path, and schedule baseline.

Export Options

The WBS Dictionary exports on its own as an A3 landscape document. The JSON carries every activity, WBS element and predecessor link into Module 2 — Schedule and Gantt Chart. Copy Activity List puts a plain-text list on the clipboard for emails and meeting notes.
